​In keeping with the theme “Live Performance is in Unusual Spaces” and continuing the “New Artist Series”, the Live Music Movement Foundation  will present Vocalist Daria Savannah at Notsuoh Bar. The musical performance will take place on Sunday, February 23, 2020, 5:00pm to 8:00pm at 314 Main St., Houston 77002.

In keeping with the theme “Live Performance is in Unusual Spaces” and kicking off the “New Artist Series” for 2020, Live Music Movement Foundation will present Vibraphonist and Percussionist Jalen Baker on Sunday January 26, 5-8pm at Notsuoh Bar, 314 Main St., Houston 77002. The LIVE MUSIC MOVEMENT FOUNDATION will host the first event for the new year with Down Home Day! 2020.  This is a family-friendly event with free admission.  DHD is Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 5-8pm at Hoot’s Smokehouse, 7648 Canal St., Houston 77012.

In 2019, the Live Music Movement Foundation presented several musical events that explored the theme of ‘Live Performances in Unusual Spaces.’ These events were hosted at Notsuoh and Hoot’s Smokehouse.

In keeping with the theme “Live Performance is in Unusual Spaces”, LMMF will present a Holiday Friendship Celebration & Jazz Party with Trumpeter Leslie Drayton and Friends at Notsuoh Bar.   The event takes place on Sunday, December 29, 2019, 5pm-8pm, 314 Main St., Houston 77002.

This is a rhythm based jazz band led by Drummer Marcus Alexander. The band plays an array of original material, standard jazz tunes and contemporary Neo-soul music for all ages and likings. Come out for a fun, free time and don’t hesitate to bring your dancing shoes.

Gosey is an award-winning multi-instrumentalist and R&B/Soul vocalist from Houston, Texas who will perform songs from his debut CD: ‘TY4L, Thank You for Leaving’. The CD is an 11-track EP filled with the emotional whirlwind of heartbreak and the journey to finding love again through overcoming adversity. The performance is scheduled for Sunday, October 27, 5pm-8pm at Notsuoh Bar, 314 Main Street, Houston, TX 77002.
